We provide one complimentary ring resize for engagement, wedding and lifestyle rings within the first 12 months after your ring is completed (eligibility depends on design style and metal type).

Resizing beyond 12 months from completion date, or after the free ring resize has been used, will incur an additional fee.

Custom made rings will need to be assessed individually to determine any special requirements and associated costs.

Ring Resizings on bands with engraving will incur a re-engraving cost.

Ring resizing is limited by a size range i.e. it is only possible to resize up or down by a certain number of sizes before the integrity of the ring is compromised. In this case a ring-remake may be necessary - any related costs will be quoted before work takes place.

Resizing by any outside jeweller (not Vinny&Charles) will void your lifetime manufacturing warranty.

Resizing is not possible on eternity bands i.e. that have a pattern or diamonds around the entire band.



HOW TO GET YOUR RING RESIZED

Please email us info@vinnyandcharles.com with the subject line "Ring Resizing" and your order number, and we will outline further details for the resizing process.
Once contact is established, we will provide a shipping label which must be used within 30 days.

All shipping related costs (return journey) are payable by the customer.

We can’t be held responsible for any additional costs due to incorrect ring size being provided. We assume an accurate and recent ring size has been provided.

As each design is different, the charge will need to be assessed and quoted for each individual item. For example, eternity ring designs cannot be resized so a remake fee may be applicable. Please be aware that postage and customs charges that may apply.
